Another FELDB Update 07-OCT-2012

Following on from the last post, another other member of the VTES community (Sydnelson) has continued from my update of FELDB with his own.

CHANGES:

• Lilith Blessing pool cost;
• LotN vampires texts now has space between words;
• François 'Warden' Loehr and Erick 'Shophet125' Franco names;
• Correct hell for leather, hellround, rotschreck and rowan ring texts;
• Updated several card texts that has changed in lastest rulling update (e.g., villein, psyche, pocket out of time, adaptability, gratiano, etc...);
• Added Advanced text in some ADV vampires, now FELD filter works right;
• Minor texts fixes.

FELDB Update

I used Fragment of the Elder Library Database (FELDB) as my main card lookup and inventory tool.  It's a great little program and does pretty much everything I want.  However it hasn't been updated in a while, so I thought I'd give something back to the VTES community and do what I can to update it.

So here is what I have updated:

2012-10-05

* Fixed pool cost of Lilith's Blessing

* Renamed 'The Kikiyaon' to 'Kikiyaon, The'

* Renamed 'The Ankou' to 'Ankou, The'

* Fixed spelling of Mistress Fanchon - image already exists with proper spelling in base image pack

+ Added the comma ',' in "Lucinde, Alastor"

Note:

I didn't change 'The unnamed' as per the other minions with 'The' in their name because 'The unnamed' doesn't have a name, therefore it's name is 'The unnamed' and should remain as such and listed under T.  This is basically personal opinion.

Risen from the Dead

I was introduced to an old collectible card game (CCG) called Vampire: The Eternal Struggle by a friend of mine. Since my first taste of the game I have craved for more games, anywhere I can get them.  The realisation soon came that this would be a hard game to get people to play partly due to it's complexity but more probably due to the game no longer being sold in stores and being abandoned by it's publisher.  However the game is far from dead.  There are dedicated Methuselah's across the world that keep the game going and I'm going to do my part to help by introducing new players in Townsville to this excellent game.
